Pretzel Sweets


Salty Pretzels combine with Sweet Chocolate.


Ingredients:
  • Ring Shaped Pretzels
  • Hershey's Kiss or Hershey's Hug
  • Colorful M&M's Candy

How to Prepare:

Heat the oven to 175 F. Place ring shaped pretzel in a single layer on a cookie sheet lined with a parchment paper. Then top each pretzel ring with an unwraaped Hershey's Kiss or Hug.


Keep the cookie sheet in the oven and bake it for 3 minutes (the white chocolate will melt more quickly). Remove the cookie sheet from the oven and quickly press the M&Mcandy into the center of each kiss.

Keep the cookie in the refrigerator for about 15 to 20 minutes to cool down.
Your pretzel treats are ready to eat.
It is a perfect Holiday Gift.

Vegetable Biriyani


Ingredients:
2 cups Basmati Rice 1 cup Mixed Vegetable Frozen or Fresh(cauliflower, potato, carrot, french beans)150 gms Green Peas, Finely Sliced Onion, 1 Finely Sliced Green Chillie, Salt to taste, a tsp Red Chilli Powder, 2 tsp Cinnamon(dalchini), Caraway Seeds(zeera), 4 Cloves (laung) 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder and 1 tsp Garam Masala powder.
How to Make Vegetable Biriyani:
  • Fry the mixed vegeatables and onions in oil or butter until they turn into golden brown color.
  • Add cut Green Chillies,Salt, Red Chillie Powder, Cinamon Powder, Caraway Seeds(Zeera) Cloves, Black Pepper Powder and Garam Masala Powder to fried mixed vegeatables and stir well.
  • Wash well Basmati Rice, add 4 cups of water and fried vegetables stir welll and cook it in a pressure cooker.
  • Once the Rice is ready stir it well one more time and garnish it with fresh cut Cilantro(Coriander Leaves) and serve it hot.
